Comment définir les dates de location ?
Nous ne facturons pas les dates d’enlèvement et de retour. Nous n’avons besoin que de vos dates d’exploitation (début du tournage et fin), nous fixerons ensemble des rendez-vous pick up et de rendu du matériel, la veille jour ouvré du tournage, et le lendemain jour ouvré du tournage.
Comment puis-je payer ?
Le paiement se fait par carte bancaire au retour du matériel, ou par virement bancaire en nous fournissant une preuve de virement par mail. Nous ne prenons plus les chèques, en revanche un paiement par CB à distance est possible en prenant un rendez-vous téléphonique ensemble.
En cas d'annulation de ma réservation, que se passe-t-il ?
Votre tournage est annulé ou reporté ? Pas de problème, il suffit de nous envoyer un mail au plus tôt pour nous le signaler. Une fois reçu nous supprimons votre devis.
